This was another fun commission I worked on recently. It was a bit challenging to manage the spacing between the settlements/cities and their labels on the map, but it ended up working out. I also experimented with a few techniques so as to maintain the focus on the central region, and ended up going with a no-coloring and sparse detailing strategy, which I believe worked out. I've also kept a personal version for myself with no labels at all.

The original landmass was provided to me by my client VanGo, and it was used as the basis for the project.
